Role Description The Bakery Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Marietta, GA, supporting daily bakery operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow. This role assists with overseeing production schedules, coordinating baking activities, and maintaining product quality and presentation. Responsibilities include guiding bakery staff, supporting training, managing inventory and ordering, and upholding food safety and cleanliness standards. The Bakery Manager is to achieve sales goals, maintain consistent product offerings, and create a welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong practical skills and experience in bakery operations, including baking, lamination, proofing and preparation of a variety of products.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Experience with inventory control, including tracking stock levels, minimizing waste, and assisting with ordering.
• Previous experience in a bakery, café, or food service environment preferred.
• Ability to work on-site, stand for extended periods, and perform hands-on tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with attention to detail and reliability.
• Flexible availability, including night shift and holidays as needed.
