What You'll Do: Present treatment plans clearly and confidently. Explain financing and payment options. Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment. Coordinate Invisalign, implant, cosmetic, and comprehensive cases. Maintain accurate notes and follow-up systems. Help keep provider schedules productive. Create a warm, organized patient experience. Track case acceptance and treatment-conversion results. Collaborate closely with doctors and the front-office team.
