Join our Life Sciences team as a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT to lead system enhancements, releases, and process improvements. In this role, you will translate complex business needs into effective solutions, lead testing and training efforts, and drive ongoing system adoption. You will also serve as a resource to other Business Systems Analysts, providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing.Location: *This is a hybrid position, must be within a commutable distance to Mentor, Ohio with expectation to be on-site 2 days per week.
