The Plant Maintenance Technician is responsible for monitoring, repairing, and maintaining all plant systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. This includes, but is not limited to, balers, conveyor belts, gearboxes, motors, pulleys, shafts, and bearings. The Technician responds to equipment failures, performs corrective action, and ensures all systems are operating properly. This position reports to the Plant Maintenance Manager.
To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to execute each duty satisfactorily. Other related tasks may be assigned.
